All rooms have a view of the sea, including the bathroom.
The living room (32 sq m) has large bay windows and holds a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen
In the spacious master bedroom (15 sq m), located downstairs, there is a double bed and a large cupboard as well as a cot
In the upstairs bedroom (9 sq m), there are twin beds and a wardrobe, ideal for children, teenager or friends
The bathroom has a shower and basin. The toilets are separate.
A hair dryer is at your disposal.

Small south-facing farm house built around 1840 (traditional stone walls and slate roof)
Large landscaped garden (2000 sq m) which leads directly to the beach on the bay of Paimpol
Adjacent to the owner’s home, totally independent with separate entrance etc.

Linen not provided (sheets, pillowcases, towels, teatowels)
For reasons of hygiene, pets are not accepted
Unfortunately, the gîte is not recommended for wheelchair users as it has not been designed for full and easy access.
